• choosing the right modules for the semester
• take first week seriously
• choosing the right topics for presentation
• planning time well for exams
• keep mondays free for the rest of my 4 years if possible

i felt lost today.

not knowing what to do, where to go, my feet led me to the familiar back gate of acjc.

stepping into acjc, i really felt i’ve finally come home.

the band room was open, the kids were hanging around. it was a non-band day, and i spent a few hours there.

no other place feels like home. i’ve come home to you.

haha this would have been my tune back then.. but anyway, the chorus just sounds so awesome, i had to post it :P i have a thing for the -gesseo stuff heh. ga-in is hot :D and i now have my favourite backup dancer! :D long hair with bangs, lots of mascara and eyeliner! think she’s the best backup heheh. oh and orange lipstick is interesting haha.

which reminds me, i have stopped going for japanese lessons for pretty long.. resuming next saturday :D

my major stress week is over.. no more presentations left for the sem! assignments due though, but i’ll manage them :)

i’ve literally been camping out at the computer for the week, and NOT sleeping for 2 nights is pretty crazy ): the presentations were rather disappointing; maybe because i did too much for one and there were technical difficulties due to my carelessness for the other, sigh. essay was another rush case, not done to the best of my ability. i had eye infection, still having ear infection.. there were some moments i felt as though my brain was really being wasted away and stunted in growth when i stayed up so long to do the work. not sure how all that will pay off, but i guess just gotta hope for the best.

and for now, it’s time to relax! assignments are nearly all done with the exceptions of hs101 tutorial and project 2 which i’ll hopefully complete tmr, then there’s hs103 electure that’s just posted up to listen to (done! :D). but above all, the stress level has definitely gone down and i’m feeling much better :) yay!

block5 dinner today made me happy :) i miss dr lee.. and i miss my acband. life goes on..

anyway, here’s an update of my room :P

new magnetic board! even though it covers the decorative stuff on the shelf.. but it’s super useful :D new document and pencil trays below that too :) complete with a new dustbin :D

welcome back, my long-lost eye infection.. you really hurt quite badly this time!

really, what was i thinking? the sleepless nights are never going to go away.. not with pw, not with mep, not with sociology! it’s back to haunt me ): URGH!!

gosh it was fast.. and it was good in the non-academic sense LOL :P i went shopping (yay), caught up with cheryl, puaybing, alex, SEAN!! (double yay) and spent a full day with joel (triple yay) :D

(i think i MADE recess week into a proper break with all that slacking HAHA)

looking back, i could have done some (=minimal) work on sunday, monday, tuesday, thursday, sunday… BUT YOU KNOW ME HAHA. and now there’s this horrible inertia that i’m struggling to overcome urgh ): 2 presentations and all the project/essay deadlines are crazy stressful but i can’t seem to study somehow.. i feel very tired when i try to study :\ sigh maybe it’s just my mentality.. gotta jiayou! hopefully things will pick up when band breaks for exams and my 2 presentations are over.. so i’m looking forward to 15 oct, 5.30PM :D and 16 oct will be another happy day ;)

here’s to the next half of the semester.. 6 more weeks of school, lots of mugging, 3 exams to tackle. go me!
