and for some reason, i seem to be getting the same message from the different dramas that i watch lol! so what i’ve learnt from the past few episodes of korean dramas and glee and etc is that.. there is really not much point in finding someone to love cos you’ll be constantly in fear of losing  that person, you might even do crazy things like fake a pregnancy (from glee) or force-kiss that person who actually doesn’t love you (from reversal of fate) and when that person actually leaves you’ll be so devastated you’ll go beserk like break up their marriage with someone else or screw up their family lives (from reversal of fate) or fall into depression or stupid things like that. LOL what a long sentence

i was pretty shocked when i saw all that happening on the shows. sometimes the things people do just to win affection can be so downright disgusting and unbelievably low. so if you don’t wanna be pathetic, don’t love. it’s pretty frightening. but that’s what drama is all about anyway, right? take things with a pinch of salt and forget it all after the show’s over :)

after so many years of experiencing sleep debts, i must say surviving in school without sleep is like having your soul pulled out of your body from your nose. well.. at least that’s the feeling i get.

been working my butt off for the past three weeks. essay, assignment, concert, presentation, essay. 2 more presentations next week and it’ll be exams soon!

managed to get a few days of rest/fun last weekend with fun-o-rama and meetups :) helping out at the audi was pretty fun! starbucks, chachacha, coldrock with em; breko, coldrock with amos and pris; xinwang, giraffe with chammy. slightly too much drink over the weekend but still lovely <3

time to start studying for exams! so far, i’ve gotten my first C in uni and first A this sem.. well, kpop will keep me going :)

change is the only constant in our lives. how much we change affects everything around us. the more drastic the change, the more the people around us will get hurt. don’t forget this.

i am (almost) always usually proud of the music i perform, but this the first time i’m so moved by music i performed.

i’m not saying it was perfect, but even a recording can have so much emotions overflowing..

Q: why is my body clock so freaking screwed? why am i so alert at 5am? why can’t i do work in the day and sleep at night?

A: because i have always been sleeping late. because i get distracted in the day by random things and i can concentrate on work at night when everyone is sleeping and everywhere else is dark. when it’s just my work, my music and i.

or maybe i just prefer artificial light to natural light? yeah.

it was probably the best concert i’ve played in since july muse 2008. it was worth it.. it was worth it.

when he came to rehearsals, i started to understand and love the bells of sagrada familia and morning of keith haring. despite the language barrier (actually not really), i was able to feel his music when learning about the music from the composer himself. out of all the composers whom i have been under the batons of, satoshi yagisawa was the only one who i felt truly communicated with my heart with his music.

maybe on the concert day, for this section, sing with me. talk to me with your hearts. maybe we can cry together.

we did. our hearts sang. that moment of allargando, ritardando. his passion, his heart and soul, his everything in the music. it brought tears to his eyes as it brought to mine. the essence of his music in the flowing melody, harmony and closing fanfare. everything else disappeared, it was just him, us, and his music. it was my favourite section of that piece, and he made it the best music i could have ever played in years.

i will never forget that shining moment of honour, passion and pure music. music from the heart.

if you do perform my music, i hope you can play from your heart.

**** is making all male homo sapiens in the world, especially single desperate guys, go crazy. those fanboys just don’t get it. gosh, don’t you guys learn about sensationalization? watching their MVs is like watching soft porn with ‘music’. they are the only group that can provide entertainment with so many girls dancing, posing, acting and whatnot in certain suggestive ways. it’s like.. mass porn? so many of them, guys won’t ever get enough. once he is tired of one, he’ll move on to another. does plastic surgery really mean so much to men? it’s so scary to think of that their fans can do.. riots, fights, like, wth? this is not what fans are supposed to do.. i really pity those girlfriends of guys who are crazy over them, my cousin’s gf included. oh well. nothing we can do, except STAND.
